Easy handling of tools in the 36 to 91 kg range

The Aero-Motive KA Series balancers provide safe and easy spring handling for tools in the 36 to 91 kg range - eliminating operator fatigue and costly mistakes. Its manual drum lock allows quick tool changes, while the automatic drum lock secures the load, even if the tension drops.

A full range of motion with the 360° swivel hanger is provided and external adjustment is easy with no special tools required. Premature failure is prevented by a Wear-Guard coating on the drum and a four-roller guide that protect the cable and drum from excessive wear. By de-clutching the hub, spring damage is prevented, even if the spring is reverse wound.

The KA Series is housed in aluminium and its shackle design provides secure mounting. Various accessories are available including safety chains and bullard hooks. Aero-Motive is represented locally by Shorrock Automation.
