Mitech's locally designed and manufactured lime dosing control valves are erosion resistant and fit in the ring main. They have an anti-clogging design and are trim sized to suit the process data.
Rated for 600 kPa, the valves have an outlet port suited to the trim size and a nylon coated cylinder. They are available with an on/off or modulating control and as double acting or spring return types. The dosing control valves are available in sizes from 25-100 mm having a Cv from a minimum 11 to a maximum of 200.
Various options are offered including pneumatic or electro-pneumatic positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches, position indication, handwheel override, and either stellite, ceramic or carbide trims.
