Erosion resistant dosing control valves

The locally designed and manufactured Lime Dosing Control Valves from Mitech, are erosion resistant and fit in the ring main. They have an anti-clogging design and are trim sized to suit the process data. Rated for 600 kPa, the valves have an outlet port suited to the trim size and a nylon coated cylinder. They are available with an on/off or modulating control and as double acting or spring return types. Various options are offered including pneumatic or electro-pneumatic positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches, position indication, handwheel override, with stellite, ceramic or carbide trims. The dosing control valves are available in sizes from 25 to 100 mm with Cv values from a minimum of 11 to maximum 200.
