Visitors to the UniTemp exhibition stand, saw new products from Testo in Germany, Gefran in Italy and Elpro Technologies in Australia. There was considerable interest shown for the latest portable fluegas equipment from Testo.

The Model 300M-I Series is the first of a new line of low-cost fluegas monitoring equipment for checking of burner performance and emission gases.

The 300 models are designed with the user in mind: affordable, easy to use and rugged. Standard features are temperature, oxygen and CO measurements, CO2, lambda and efficiency are calculated whereas SO2, NOx, differential pressure and velocity measurements are optional. The Testo 300 sports simple fuel selection, allowing for the possibility of customised fuel parameters, onsite printout to portable printer, data logging to memory and computer connectibility.

For frequent users Testo offers a host of accessories, including special options for probe temperatures up to 1000°C, dust filtering, portable gas dryer, extended length probes and heavy duty industrial probe types.

The Model 300 is a good instrument for verification and calibration of existing on-line fluegas analysers. The instruments can be supplied with ISO or DKD certificates, as required.
