Precision vibration sensor range

Sensors & Transducers
The TX5630 series of vibration sensors from Trolex are a cost-effective solution for vibration condition monitoring for general plant duty; motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, rotating machinery, machine running/stopped indication.
They are certified intrinsically safe to Euronorm Standards. The devices (3 dB) bandwidth extends from 1 Hz to 10 kHz (depending on model). Mounted resonance is 18 kHz (nominal). The sensors operate on the Piezo-electric principle, and are housed in stainless steel packaging and they have IP67 protection classification. Operating temperature range is -25 to 140°C for models 5632 and 5633, and -25 to 80°C for the 5634 to 5639 versions. The latter range is also available with an optional upper temperature extension (125°C).
Mounting options include M8 x 8 mm stud or Quickfit. Electrical connection, for models 5632 and 5633, is by means of 5 m single core co-axial cable insulated with screen and overbraid armour (screen isolated from sensor body) - or an M.S. connector. The loop-powered models have 5 m, two-core PVC cable with screen and overbraid armour.
There are two output signal schemes in this range: The 5631 models produce an AC output signal and operate from a 24 V d.c. supply, consuming 0,5 to 8 mA. Their sensitivity is 100 mV/g (nominal at 80 Hz). The models 5634 to 5639 are all loop-powered, producing 4 to 20 mA outputs, and operating on a DC loop supply voltage from 10 to 32 V.
Ex Certification depends on the model:
* TX5632 and TX5634 to TX5636: EEx ia IIC T6
* TX5633 and TX5637 to TX5639: EEx ia I.
