First established in 1976, P.Beulich Sheet Metal Manufacturers recently purchased a continuous polyurethane gasket robot from Germany. The robot is used to extrude a two part polyurethane mixture to form a continuous gasket on enclosure doors and lids to prevent the ingress of dust or water into the enclosure. This is to ensure that an IP65/IP55 rating is achieved for the protection of electronic components inside the enclosure. Since then P.Beulich has extended its range of IP65 enclosures, IP55 floor standing enclosures, as well as control desks.

While the company offers a standard range, it also manufactures products to customer specific sizes and specifications, which include glass doors, canopies as well as special cutouts to fit electronics or instrumentation. The strict ISO 9001 DQS quality system procedures, together with effective production management software, guarantees high quality and on time delivery of manufactured products.

Turnkey service

Offering clients a turnkey service, P. Beulich specialises in all the advanced processes related to the competitive business of sheet metal work manufacturing such as guillotining, laser cutting, CNC punching and bending, shearing, notching, spot welding, grinding, powder coating and assembly. In order to guarantee clients an unequalled standard of quality products, the company has put the following resources in place:

• A management team with production supervisors in support to lead the skilled labour force.

• A design team to assist clients design or improve products until they are fully developed for production.

• An advanced Amada Fibre + CO₂ laser cutting and CNC cutting/punching and bending machines for guaranteed accuracy on manufactured products.

• Manufacturing software to track the progress of all orders on the production floor.

• A powder coating facility to complete products ready for delivery.
