In-line flow verification system

The MagCheck portable electromagnetic flowmeter, from Krohne, performs a complete functionality check on flow heads, converters and cables while the flowmeter remains in-line.

The MagCheck eliminates the need to excavate the flowmeter and disrupt the flow - with a guaranteed accuracy of the verified instrument to within 1% of the original factory calibration. The instrument is compatible with all the current Krohne converters and sensors and its portability means that no laptop or printer is required in the field. It can store verification data of up to 70 measurements that can later be evaluated by on a desktop with PC software.

Meeting the ISO 9001 regulations of the water and waste water industries, the product is a plug-and-play system enabling automatic verification, 'pass' or 'fail' diagnostics, data logging of the complete verification routine in the internal memory, and at-desk data processing with certificate output.
