Mitech’s pneumatic and electro-pneumatic positioners are advanced control devices that provide stability in difficult environments and great precision in valve adjustment. The positioners are ideal for harsh environments while maintaining precise, accurate positioning of the control element. Units can easily be changed from direct to reverse action, or vice versa. Low air consumption keeps operating costs at a minimum, while still responding quickly and accurately.
Easy to set up and calibrate, the positioners are modular in design making them suitable for almost any pneumatic application. They are available in rotary, linear, single and double acting versions. With Ex ia as a standard, the positioners are suitable for a 20-100 kPa or 4-20 mA signal with an air supply of up to 10 bar.
Mitech’s conventional positioners offer two alternative supply ports and two alternative signal ports. They are intrinsically safe with ATEX approval and no regulator is required making them ideal for 1000 kPa operation. The positioners can be mounted to linear actuators to DIN/IEC 534, mounted to linear power cylinders, and mounted to rotary actuators to VDI/VDE 3845.
