In facilities and constrained work areas which have a high number of connectors, things can quickly get confusing. Where does the connector come from? Where does it lead to? Does the connector transmit data, signals or power? Escha provides two solutions: coloured rings as well as label carriers for clear marking of cables and connectors.
The rings are available in 11 colours and can easily be clipped onto the connector body of an M12x1 round connector or onto the cable of an RJ45 connector or onto a flange with an overmoulded cable.
Escha also offers four sizes of label carriers for applications where colour coding is insufficient as more details have to be displayed on the cable. The label carriers are slipped onto the cable and can thus be quickly and easily mounted. Junction cables come standard with label carriers.
These two solutions will speed up installation as the connectors will be easily identifiable and will also help maintenance teams to identify the individual connector they are looking for.
