Cubis is a series of premium laboratory balances from Sartorius Mechatronics with an impressive set of specifications. The Cubis range is equipped with the latest fast weighing technology, is easy to use, has sophisticated compensation technology for preventing operating errors, is extremely flexible with its modular design and meets all the required international specifications.
With finely graduated weighing capacities of up to 12 kg and readabilities from 0,0001 mg to 0,1 g, Cubis is especially suited to nearly any laboratory weighing application. All balances of this series incorporate second generation Sartorius proprietary monolithic weigh cells. Based on these new, compact cells, it is possible to offer a space saving, top loading and super resolution ultra-microbalance.
From simple to complex weighing, a choice of three different display and control units covers the widest variety of laboratory applications: Thanks to the entirely new Q-Guide user interface, one balance can be used by several persons who have similar or even different tasks to perform.
The new Sartorius Q-Grip is a flexible sample holder, which will fit any type of vessel (flask, vial etc.) and makes weighing more ergonomic, efficient and safe. The angle is adjustable to ensure secure fitting of the sample into the vessel.
Cubis is the first lab balance to offer off-centre load compensation with the feature called Q-Pan, which will significantly reduce the off-centre load error and allows for the use of a larger pan without restricting the performance of the balance.
