Ford Motor Company and Schneider Electric have joined forces to deliver an electric vehicle charging solution for homes and businesses across Europe. The partnership will provide battery electric vehicle (BEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) customers, including owners of the forthcoming Focus Electric, with a fast, reliable, safe and convenient charging solution.
The Schneider Electric Evlink charging station will deliver a convenient solution to customers in all European markets where Ford BEVs and PHEVs are on sale. It has been rigorously tested to meet both Ford and European safety standards and will be offered with standard installation and full native-language, regionally tailored technical support.
