PSV Mitech’s locally manufactured conventional range of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic positioners are modular in design making them ideal for almost any pneumatic valve application up to a 10 bar. Housed in an epoxy powder coated aluminium high pressure die casting, the positioners are field reversible and corrosion resistant and suitable for a 20-100 kPa, 4-20 mA signal.
Versatile in design, the instruments can be used with 6-1000 mm linear pneumatic actuators, as well as rotary pneumatic actuators. Available in either single or double acting versions, the positioners are offered with optional gauges and actuator position feedback functionality.
Easy to set up and calibrate, the positioners have two alternative supply as well as two alternative signal ports. The user has a choice of cam features and the positioners are intrinsically safe with ATEX approval. If required, a NAMUR mounting arrangement is available.
