Jumo’s latest measuring, control and automation system, the mTron T, is a modular unit with universal I/O modules, flexible connection technology and extensive communication, evaluation and automation software designed to be used in a wide variety of industries including the food, power, construction and mechanical engineering.
All inputs of the multi-channel controller and the 4-channel analogue input module are electrically isolated to ensure reliable, interference free recording of the process values. Using the software provided the process values can be conveniently visualised or archived for later use. The system can control up to 30 modular multi-channel controller modules per CPU, should one of the multi-channel controllers fail, it can easily be replaced via plug-and-play, avoiding lengthy downtimes. The control algorithm complements this system. By enabling the soft PLC CoDeSys V3, the controller can be individually extended to form a complete, highly efficient automation system.
Rounding the advantages is high measuring accuracy, excellent control performance and a rugged easy-to-service mechanical design.
