Non-inductive ceramic tubular resistors

Denver Technical Products has introduced the Kanthal Globar range of bulk ceramic non-inductive resistors for demanding designs involving high-voltage, high-current and high-energy. Globar ceramic tubular resistors are available in a wide range of sizes, from 1/2 to 1000 W and are suitable for a variety of circuits, including RC snubbers for transformer protection and reduction of switching transients in large inverters.
Globar ceramic non-inductive resistors offer several advantages compared to non-inductive wire wound, film and composition resistors as there is no film or wire to fail. They are also chemically inert and thermally stable, making them extremely reliable for high voltage, high temperature or radio frequency applications. The range includes standard or custom designed resistors that can be arranged in an assembly housing to suit specific applications.
