Non-inductive slab resistors

Denver Technical Products is the local distributor for Kanthal Globar bulk ceramic non-inductive resistors for demanding designs involving high-voltage, high-current and high-energy. Globar ceramic slab resistors are available in a wide range of sizes from 0,5 to 1000 watt in a single component. They are suitable for a large variety of end products and types of circuits, including RC snubbers for transformer protection and reduction of switching transients in large inverters.
The resistors have an advantage over non-inductive wire wound film and composition resistors as there is no film or wire to fail. They are also chemically inert and thermally stable, making them extremely reliable for high voltage, high temperature or radio frequency applications.
The Globar product range includes a broad range of standard or custom designed resistors of three basic bulk ceramic materials. All are superior to non-inductive wire wound film and composition resistors.
