High temperature in situ probe for flue gas applications

The WDG-HTI is a true in situ probe for process temperatures between 600°C and 1600°C. It can be automatically calibrated and easily serviced in the field.
Self-heated by the process, the analyser does not require a cell heater that could act as an ignition source inside a process that may contain hazardous gases. The analyser withstands particulate-laden processes, and offers two-point calibration, either manually or automatically with the optional remote calibration unit.
Both probe and control unit components can easily be replaced in the field, and the inner probe is easily removed from the process without having to remove the outer probe.
The microprocessor control unit has menu-driven software, field-configurable alarms, RS485 communications, isolated linear current outputs and system diagnostics. The thermocouple provides process temperature measurement in addition to oxygen measurement.
Typical applications include annealing and ceramic furnaces, kilns, incinerators and coal-fired boilers.
