The new Jumo TB/TW 08 temperature limiter is designed to minimise potential risk to people and property in the thermotechnical processing environment by monitoring temperatures and bringing systems to safe operating levels in the event of a fault.
Characterised by features such as an ultra-flat front panel and a bright display, this panel mount instrument can be incorporated into most sophisticated systems. The display shows all process values relevant to safety and additional LEDs also indicate system functionality and whether a warning or main alarm has been triggered.
The two measurement inputs, with linearisation, are freely configurable for RTD temperature probes and thermocouples, as well as current, voltage or differential. There is also the option of an analogue output that can forward process values to a recorder or control system. Additional features such as password protected access, adjustable level inhibitor and double confirmation when changes are made, increase operational safety.
