New photovoltaic inverter from CBI

CBI-electric: low voltage has launched a new range of power inverters that extends its product portfolio for the local photovoltaic market. A renewable energy sector it believes has potentially high growth rates in the region.
The new offering is designed for domestic applications in the 4,6 to 6 kW range that operate at efficiencies up to 96% using only free-air convection cooling. Notable features include optimal power point tracking to derive maximum power from any photovoltaic generator, as well as a radio transmitter to transfer data from the inverter to a wall-mounted monitor where it is conveniently displayed on the LCD.
Available in five versions with IP43 protection for indoor use and two versions with IP65 rating, all units are offered standard with a USB interface and an integral isolation switch.
Products are supplied complete with operating instructions, mounting frame, securing screws, connection plate and cable gland.
