The TR and TN series temperature sensors from ifm electronic are now available with IO-Link enabling parameter setting and diagnosis directly via the PLC. IO-Link also enables cyclical transmission of measured values in digital form.
The TR design enables connection of separate Pt100 and Pt1000 sensors in temperature ranges between –40 and 300°C. Evaluation is carried out using analogue, switching or IO-Link signals.
The compact TN type units with an integrated temperature probe are distinguished by excellent response times, high pressure resistance and adaptive process connections.
Analogue, switching and IO-Link signal are generated and freely programmable between –40 and 150°C.
Both series have a clearly legible 4-digit alphanumeric display, and a wide range of accessories, adapters and connectors to ensure easy integration into a variety of applications.
