Pressure powered pump

Spirax Sarco’s Pivotrol PTF4 is a non-electric pump, which transfers high temperature condensate or other liquids from a low point, low pressure or vacuum space to an area of higher pressure or elevation.
This self-contained unit including PowerPivot technology for reliable operation uses steam compressed air or any other suitable pressurised gas as the pumping force. The Pivotrol PTF4 has a dual mechanism body, a vent assist valve and cycle counter. Stainless steel components and carbide pivots ensure an extended service life.
The standard Pivotrol PTF4 pump will handle liquids from 0,88 to 1,0 specific gravity. Two versions are available: the PTF4-L with 30–75 psig and the PTF4-H with 75–200 psig capability. The pump’s face-to-face dimensions are the same as the previous 100 mm PPF-P pump. The pump is substantially shorter than the older model providing a lower filling head requirement.
Each PTF4 pump includes a lifetime spring warranty and is supplied as standard with an integral tamperproof cycle counter to monitor the pump’s warranty and performance.
Pivotrol PTF4 is available with ANSI flanged NPT screwed connections, SW connections in size 100 mm x 100 mm, as well as new 100 mm SDCV44 ANSI class 150/300 split disc valves.

CT Hydraulics (Nqoba)
Pneumatics & Hydraulics
Those working with hydraulic or pneumatic systems know that keeping your machinery running at peak performance balances productivity and cost. As systems age, they often become less efficient, requiring more energy and more frequent repairs. The good news is that you don’t always need to invest in an entirely new machine to solve these problems.
