Valtek has always been concerned about safety, security and the environment and the way its control valves help to keep plant operators and the environment safe from hazardous air pollutants or toxic process fluids. In applications with stringent fugitive emission requirements, Valtek can provide valve solutions to the process control industry. Fine finishes on the bonnet bores and the plug stem improve sealing and reduce stem shaft friction for longer packing life. This highly reliable packing system is also available for fire-safe designs used where volatile fluids are present.
