Erosion restraint dosing control valves

The locally designed and manufactured lime dosing control valves from Mitech are erosion resistant and fit in the ring main. They have an anti-clogging design and are 'trim sized' to suit the process data.

Rated for 600 kPa, the valves have an outlet port suited to the trim size and a nylon-coated cylinder. They are available with an on/off or modulating control and as double acting or spring return types.

Various options are offered including pneumatic or electro-pneumatic positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches, position indication, handwheel override and either stellite, ceramic or carbide trims. The valves are available in sizes from 25-100 mm with a minimum 11 to maximum 200 Cv.
