Distributed by A T Technical Services, Taylored Instruments level transmitters are a robust radar and ultrasonic based range of level instruments designed to provide stable readings in harsh environments with long term reliability.
The TI range is ideal for liquids with or without foam, slurries, bulk solids, and powders up to 70 metres; and is not affected by product build up, dust, plant noise, internal pipes, or foam.
The units are housed in robust aluminium IP66 rated housings with a 2 or 4-wire configuration for either RS232 or MODBUS programming. Each instrument is also equipped with automatic power control to optimise power consumption according to changes in the process.
The TI Tank Manager can be used with any model; it not only supplies the DC power but also provides a remote display with two relays and signal re-transmission. All TI units come with standard 50 mm NPT male process connection and various flange accessories and carry a 24-month guarantee.
The company has a countrywide distribution network offering problem solving solutions and a 30-day trial option for problematic applications.
