Phoenix Contact has added a compact 6,2 mm double relay module to the successful PLC interface product line. The PLC-2R...24DC/1 variant is a relay module with two integrated power relays that can be controlled independently from each other.
A LED status indicator is provided for each relay. Compared with conventional 6 mm relays, this new relay module provides 100% higher channel density. This saves space and money in control cabinets. The maximum load rating is 250 V/3,5 A per relay.
The electrical insulation requirements stipulated by EN 50178 are fulfilled between the input and output as well as between the outputs. This module is available with either screw or spring-cage connectors.
