Versatile electro-mechanical thermostat range

The innovative features incorporated in the electro-mechanical thermostats, available from ASSTech Process Electronics & Instrumentation, offer the user a high degree of application flexibility, as well as a state-of-the-art connection system.

JUMO heatTHERM-AT is a range of surface-mountable thermostats featuring the push-in connection system: The user simply pushes the wires into the terminal up to the stop – and that is it! No tools are needed to connect solid or stranded wires with core end ferrules.

The thermostat housing lends itself to all the usual mounting positions, fixed to walls, thermowells or surfaces. Since there is no distinction made between the different mounting types, the number of variants is reduced enabling universal application.

Using the push-in system, loads up to 16 A at 230 VAC are directly switchable reducing set-up costs and by eliminating the need for a load contactor. The instruments are available as temperature controllers, opening temperature monitors, protection temperature monitors and protection temperature limiters, in the form of single or twin thermostats with approvals to EN 14 597, RED and UL.
