Six-spiral hose has 350 bar working pressure

Pneumatics & Hydraulics
Genflex Hydraulics has introduced a six-spiral, pressure tested hydraulic hose to its range of product offerings. The six-spiral SAE100R13 2-inch hydraulic hose has a working pressure of 350 bar (±5000 psi) and its burst pressure is rated at 1400 bar (±20 000 psi).
This pressure tested hose is used mainly on raise boring machines, huge earthmoving machinery and specialised safety equipment in the mining, construction and industrial sectors.
The high pressure rated hose is currently available only from Genflex head office in Alrode South and not from our branches.
The company also offers a range of adaptors and hydraulic fittings, and whilst some competitors are offering newly designed fittings which have a shorter tail length and collar Genflex only uses traditional hydraulic fittings, which they believe, have a more reliable staying power than the shorter fittings.
