These portable ultrasonic flowmeters are the perfect balance of performance, portability and incorporate the latest high speed DSP technology.
A variety of sensors is available to support diverse applications and flow measurements:
* Energy flowmeter functions with Pt100 RTD sensors may be selected.
* Multipath and 2 channel flow measurement are easily configurable.
* Data can be logged on a portable flowmeter and then transferred to a PC for data verification.
This blend of mobility and performance keeps productivity at the forefront.
The new Tokyo Keiki single, dual and quad path ultrasonic flowmeters have been manufactured with patent technologies and are equipped with more functions and advanced performance than previous versions. They are also capable of ultrasonic wave propagation technologies and do not require special probes to find resonant frequencies for best accuracy. Other outstanding features are the signal receiving circuits featuring automatic gain control so as to ensure that the user can easily operate the instrument without any adjustment.
This transit time clamp on the flowmeter range can be used by building contractors, municipalities and industries to balance water supplies, billing as well as maintenance and efficiency studies. They can also be used as a back-up for installed meters and have accuracy better than 0,5%. Other industries use these instruments to measure raw water, sea water, fuel oil, diesel, milk, alcohol and other uniform liquids.
An on-site calibration service is available to customers interested in accurate type testing and water balancing.

Editor's Choice Flow Measurement & Control
There are many processes where it is undesirable for the load to suddenly change quickly, for example in the paper industry. Examples of level control have involved reasonably fast tuning. An example of a level loop tuned this way and responding to a step change in setpoint is given.
