Elen Enclosures
Elen Enclosures now offer the 27 Series of enclosures made of hot moulded glass reinforced polyester bases. The enclosures come with either polyester or transparent polycarbonate lids.
The enclosures are a quality product with a high IP rating (65), high mechanical strength and excellent resistance to corrosion and weathering. These features make the range ideal for use in coastal areas and heavy industrial environments such as encountered in the chemical/petrochemical industries, pulp and paper plants, sewage works, textile industries and steel mills. Explosion-proof (E, Ex, e and DIP) versions are available on request.
The enclosures are stocked in seven modular sizes ranging from 180 x 270 mm to 540 x 540 mm, 180 or 230 mm deep.
Accessories include galvanised steel or insulating material equipment chassis, external hinge kits, passivated or stainless steel wall mounting brackets, vents, interconnection frames etc.
Elen also offers a range of IP 68 and E Ex e cable glands as well as SAREL slotted PVC trunking for the production of junction boxes.
