Modern control applications and devices are operating at ever increasing bandwidths and are continually reducing in size. New design techniques have eliminated the effects of mechanical stress on the shield integrity
The situation is compounded by the effects of vibration stresses and mechanical loading on the connector body. ESCHA has developed a completely new technical concept to overcome the problems. Based on a two-component moulding, essential features of the product group are represented by a 360°C shielding as well as the implementation of the protection requirements according to IP67 and IP69K. The connection of the shield is not effected by a crimping connection on the cable, so that even high mechanical loading is tolerated without affecting the efficiency of the shielding.
Present applications, for example in wind energy plants or Ethernet, demonstrate the flexibility and the technical innovation of the product.
