The testo 6681 humidity transmitter with profibus interface is ideal for critical production applications. Early warning signals, such as persistent condensation or unsuitable operating voltage, can be detected via the testo 6617 probe, preventing any false measurement and consequent loss of valuable data. Special probes can be supplied for operation in polluted atmospheres and pressure dew point sensing. Accuracy levels are specified as ±1%RH.
The fieldbus connection via the Profibus-DP allows remote reporting and configuration, an innovation in humidity measurement. Two or three channel versions are available, allowing humidity, temperature and dewpoint to be monitored continuously.
Optional integrated relays are available for alarm purposes. Relay limits can be set remotely to suit current production applications.
