The new T32.XS temperature transmitters from WIKA have further enhanced the T32 family. Both measurement and functional characteristics have been optimised. Two independent Pt100/TC sensors can now be connected to the temperature transmitter since automatic redundancy switching has been incorporated. In addition, the device offers excellent diagnostic capabilities with its integrated drift detection and extended error signalling capabilities. Corrosion monitoring in accordance with NAMUR NE89 is also included.
Compatibility with almost all open software and hardware tools, as well as international approvals for applications in hazardous areas is now standard. Compatibility with existing software modules ensures an easy upgrade path for users via DD, EDDL and DTM technology.
The new T32.1S head-mounting transmitter comes in the standard size, but with additional terminals for HART communication. The T32.3S rail-mounting transmitter supersedes the successful T32.30 and is now integrated in a user-friendly case.
