The Spirax Sarco range of 3-port QL valves with electric actuators provides a variety of choice for energy and flow control of water, oils and other fluids used in industrial and manufacturing processes.

The control valve options extend from PN25 to PN40 pressure ratings with materials in SG iron or cast steel for temperature ranges up to 250°C. A selection of valve bodies and electric actuator combinations provide reliable and competitive solutions for fluid control applications.

The available options are able to cope with most plant requirements and the enclosure of electronic components reduces fouling in dirty environments. Provision has been made for feedback and control via optional switches and potentiometers.

A plug-in positioner reduces spares inventory and the long life valve components simplify and reduce maintenance requirements. Constant force stem seals provide added control accuracy and add to the overall robust design.
