Dresser Instruments presents the new Ashcroft G2 pressure transducer which is a high performing pressure transducer designed for a broad spectrum of OEM applications.
The heart of this new product contains the latest evolution in planer, micro-machined sensor, more than 10 million of which are in service today. The sensor is combined with a custom ASIC that enables digital compensation to performance levels to exceed those of competitive type products currently available.
The Ashcroft G2 pressure transducer delivers 1% full scale total error band performance including linearity, hysteresis, non-repeatability and thermal error. It offers excellent EMI/RFI performance, an IP67 water ingress rating and is available in pressure ranges from 30 psi (207 kPa) through 20 000 psi (138 MPa).
The high performance and small size of the Ashcroft G2 transducer combined with the all-welded wetted materials, a variety of pressure connections, output signals, electrical terminations and competitive pricing make it an ideal solution for a variety of large and small OEM applications.
