The family of sensor/actuator boxes with M23 plug connection from Phoenix Contact for decentral field wiring permits an end-to-end plug-in design for the system. This results in shorter downtimes for machinery and plant during servicing and permits disconnection of the box for assembly or transportation purposes.
The M23 plug connection is available with the outgoing line either vertical or horizontal, as required. This has the advantage that only straight M23 round plug connectors are required. Time-consuming preassembly of the angled round plug connectors is eliminated, inventory is reduced.
The distributors are available with four, six or eight connection points, in a single or double layout. The boxes of type SACB-M23 120 V (without LED) can be used for the transmission of analog signals and operating voltages of up to 120 V.
