Ducting system keeps wiring neat

Legrand's range of cable ducting systems, designed for neat wiring, flexibility and ease of positioning, includes the Transcab and Lina 25 slotted cable ducting for manual cutting to exact length requirements.
These products have transversal breaking lines, which, with the use of cutting pliers, enable easy cutting of the body of the ducting to required lengths. Breaking lines along the base of the ducting also allow the 'fingers' to be broken off cleanly at the base.
As the use of a saw is only necessary to cut the covers, dust from sawing is limited and burring along the base is eliminated. Injury risk to technicians is minimised and time for wiring operations is reduced.
Transcab is grey PVC and is available in 2 m lengths. Slots accept up to 6 mm wiring without having to remove sidewall fingers. Separation of circuits is possible by using internal dividers. Sizes in this range are from 15 x 25 mm to 150 x 100 mm. Adhesive labels are easily aligned along the ridges on the covers.
Lina 25 is blue PVC and is available in 2 m lengths. New technology adds the features of Transcab ducting to the Linafix installation features for total modularity of this system. White strips on the cover allow for marking with permanent ink markers. The size range is from 25 x 25 mm to 120 x 80 mm.
Specially designed fixing tools and accessories include cutting pliers for the removal of side sections, cable retainers, marking systems. Other accessories, which enable swift installation into cabinets and stylish finishing, include isolating brackets, crosspieces, perforated plates and braided sleeving.
