Level gauge has mechanical and electronic displays

The Afriso-Euro-Index Unimes E tank contents gauge is designed for continuous level indication in tanks (tank height or diameter from 0,9 to up to 2,0 m) containing light heating oil EL, diesel and other low-viscosity liquids which do not attack the materials of the gauge.

The complete Unimes E system combines two instruments. A mechanical contents gauge which needs no power supply is installed on the top of the tank and provides contents indication in percent of filling level. The additional electronic remote indicator is installed up to 10 m away from the tank and provides convenient readings at easily accessible locations.

The remote digital indicator unit and the mechanical, analogue instrument are interconnected using a screened, 3-core cable. The remote unit is powered by a lithium battery with a service life of up to five years. It is only switched on for measurements via a push-to-read function. The four-digit, 12 mm high, backlit liquid crystal display allows convenient reading of the measured value (litres, m³, %, or liquid level in mm) even under adverse light conditions. The system is easy and quick to install.

Unimes E ships with the mechanical gauge, the electronic indicator with battery, a wall-mounting bracket and a 10 m long connection cable.

The Unimes E instrument combination permits convenient control of tank contents either directly at the tank or from any easily accessible place.
