The 41 Amp rated WAGO MCS MAXI connector range has a new male connector equipped with Cage Clamp connection. Like the female connector, the new male connector has been equipped with a cage clamp connection instead of solder pins. Using these male connectors, solid conductors up to 10 mm² and fine- stranded conductors with ferrules up to 6 mm² can be connected by simply pushing them in - without using a screwdriver.

The MAXI connection system can be used in a wider range of electronic power applications, independent of the printed circuit board: for example in frequency converters, power supply units or battery chargers. The connected components can be easily exchanged during servicing. A version equipped with locking levers, and separately available DIN carrier rail adapters complete the range of products.

This WAGO Series 831 has a 7,62 mm pin spacing, two to five poles, a wire range from 0,5 mm² to 6/10 mm² and a 1000 V/6 kV/2 rated voltage.
