WIKA's T53.10 temperature transmitter is designed for incorporation into temperature loops in the process industries. The device supports protocol auto-sensing to automatically switch between the Foundation Fieldbus and Profibus protocols and is available with certification for use in hazardous applications rated EEx I and EEx n.
The transmitter can be used with resistance thermometer or thermocouple measuring elements.
The Foundation Fieldbus version with LAS-Functionality (Link Active Scheduler) incorporates PID control. This means that it can operate locally as a master-independent loop controller.
