IP65 GRP electronic enclosures

In addition to its well-known Sarel Thalassa range of glass fibre reinforced polyester (GRP) enclosures, Elen Enclosures also stocks the increasingly popular PLA series of GRP panels.

The PLA range features high IP rating, superior mechanical strength and excellent resistance to corrosion, weathering and vandalism. These enclosures are ideal for use in coastal areas and heavy industrial atmospheres. These enclosures also present an ideal solution for installing 19-inch rack-mount electronics in challenging environments.

The PLA range is available in heights from 500 to 1500 mm, widths from 500 mm to 1250 mm and depths of 320 mm or 420 mm. Versions are available with front and rear doors and safety glass windows. Enclosures and cabinets can be wall or floor mounted and joined side-by-side or back-to-back.

Accessories include zinc-coated steel chassis, insulating material chassis, perforated chassis, chassis slides, internal doors, 19-inch fixed or swing frames, rain canopies, distribution board conversion kits, shelves, wall mounting brackets and plinths.
