The Pucel-Nano series of nano-coated, filterless cooling units and air-to-water heat exchangers solves overheating problems and minimises expensive down-time and material wastage.
The LW air-to-water heat exchangers use chilled water, which is normally available for the cooling of moulds on injection machines, as cooling medium. The warm side cooling cartridge is covered with a special coating which repels dusts, liquid droplets and fibres. Therefore, there are no filters to change or clean.
The LK series of electrically-operated, compressor type refrigeration cooling units offers this same benefit.
In critical applications where space is limited and cooling is vital the Fandis TCU-Series of thermoelectric Peltier effect panel coolers can be used.
Where clean and dry compressed air is available the compact Arizona V-series of vortex cabinet coolers and vortex tubes is the most economical and totally maintenance-free solution to cooling.
