Valve & Automation says that its AccuTrack Series 1000 combines chemical resistance with high-impact strength and immunity to weathering. Unaffected by electrolytic corrosion and high concentrates of alkalies, the Series 1000 is resistant to attack from bacteria and fungi; a feature especially important in food and beverage processing plants.
Self-locking TouchSet cam
Available in solid Zytel or with clear polycarbonate covers, this series combines strength with corrosion resistance. Each unit carries a UL flammability rating of 94-HB.
Series 1000 comes with pre-wired, numbered and colour-coded terminal blocks and is equipped with the V3 mechanical microswitch, a 'form C' device that is capable of handling 250 mA at 250 V d.c., 500 mA at 125 V d.c., 6 A at 24 V d.c. and 15 A at 125 V a.c. and 250 V a.c. It has an operating temperature range of -25 to 148°C.
Compact engineered resin enclosure
Valve & Automation's general-purpose AccuTrak 1200 Series is a compact, corrosion resistant valve position monitor having the capability to house two mechanical V3 switches. The Series 1200 is intended to provide the process control industry with a cost-effective means for monitoring the position of rotary valves. An FM and CSA approved NEMA 4, 4X engineered resin enclosure assures both strength and corrosion resistance.
'TouchSet' cam mechanisms allow for instantaneous and secure adjustment of position switch actuation. Two 1/2" NPT conduit entrances with two extra terminal points are standard features allowing for electrical integration of solenoid valves.

Self-locking TouchSet cams are securely fastened to a splined NAMUR shaft and can be quickly and accurately adjusted by hand in seconds.
