E+E Elektronik has created a compact design for a variety of applications by designing the EE04. The EE04 is a miniature humidity and temperature transmitter, which offers high accuracy and outstanding long-term stability at a very low power consumption. Easy installation by using the mounting flange, very small dimensions (24 mm OD, 52 mm length) and excellent price/performance ratio, makes the EE04 the ideal product for a large number of applications. Typical examples are car airconditioning, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, copy machines, warehouses, and home appliances.
State-of-the-art electronics guarantees high accuracy. SMD humidity sensor HC-103 series, modern electronics and dedicated housing are the basis of the EE04's performance. The integrated filter assures optimal protection against dirt. For use in high pollution or corrosive environments, the sensors and electronics can be protected with a special E+E coating.
The linear output voltage for the relative humidity can be easily further processed. The temperature output signal is supplied by a voltage divider with NTC sensor.

Temperature Measurement
For successful paint cure, irrespective of the paint chemistry being used, there is a critical need to measure and control the temperature of the car body as it travels through the oven. Today, paint ovens are controlled in a sophisticated fashion via thermocouples located in each zone to give constant feedback on the ambient temperature.
