Embedded motherboard with TMP 1.2 hardware security

Enano-8523T is one of the first embedded motherboards to support hardware-based security based on the TPM 1.2 specification, making it ideal for use in highly secure environments like ATMs or cash management systems. It is an embedded system with high reliability and a high level of security. Some of the other motherboard features include a Celeron M 800 MHz processor, four USB 2.0 ports, four RS232 ports and a compact flash slot for solid state storage.

The Trusted Platform Module (TPM) provides hardware-based protection against unauthorised access and tampering of data. The TPM can protect and encrypt a hard drive, and confirm that the bios, OS and applications have not been tampered with while switched off. The TPM module can also manage and create public/private key pairs, and ensure that only authenticated machines can communicate.
