Get the inside picture without taking everything apart

Determining faults, errors or contaminations inside machines, engines, ducts or pipes is often a time-consuming and difficult task as it requires the dismantling or stripping of various parts.

Consequently testo has introduced the testo 319, a handheld instrument that avoids the dissembling of parts, when inspecting inaccessible areas, by viewing inside the troubled area with its long flexible shaft. This makes it a suitable partner in preventative maintenance. The 319 is an improvement on the original fibrescope with added benefits.

Handling has been improved with an ergonomic pistol grip and highly flexible probe hose with a bend radius of 5 cm making the usage simpler and more versatile.

The 319 includes an adjustable focus wheel and high-powered glass lens, which is tougher, scratch-resistant and provides a more contrast-rich view of objects as close as 15 mm. The 319 can be connected to a Nokia 6600 cellular phone for simple documentation purposes with its integrated cellphone camera.

The 319 has an operating temperature of -20°C to +80°C and different push-on casings making it highly versatile in different applications. The tool is robust with its ABS housing and sealed lens and probes that can be immersed into liquids without worry.
