High blowing force from efficient nozzles
June 2006
Pneumatics & Hydraulics
Exair's Super Air Nozzle Clusters provide high blowing force suitable for long distance, wide area blowoff, drying and cooling applications. The clusters replace dangerous, energy wasting open pipes and hoses known to cause hearing loss.
The Super Air nozzle Cluster uses a series of Exair's Super Air Nozzles for combined blowing power. The engineered nozzles maximise entrained airflow and force while reducing compressed air consumption and noise. Super Air Clusters are available with four, seven or 12 Super Air Nozzles. At full pressure of 550 kPa, they have an air consumption rate of 1,58; 2,78 and 4,76 kilolitres per minute, while providing a substantial blowing force.
The nozzles are made from zinc/aluminium alloy and are attached to an aluminium body. They are suited for rugged industrial applications where temperatures can reach 70°C. The airflow that exits the nozzles cannot be blocked, which meets OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.242(b). The noise levels also meet OSHA's maximum allowable noise exposure standard 29CFR 1010.95(a). Applications include part ejection, parts cleaning, chip removal, part during, liquid blowoff and cooling hot parts.

Hydraulic system upgrades to boost performance and save money
CT Hydraulics (Nqoba)
Pneumatics & Hydraulics
Those working with hydraulic or pneumatic systems know that keeping your machinery running at peak performance balances productivity and cost. As systems age, they often become less efficient, requiring more energy and more frequent repairs. The good news is that you don’t always need to invest in an entirely new machine to solve these problems.
