Better combustion control means improved process control, and this in return gives greater management over energy costs. The PAN series is available in a range of portable measuring instruments. These devices are cost-effective, reliable, accurate and able to adapt to all fuels; solid, liquid or gases. All the models have a gas-sampling probe with an integrated NiCr-Ni thermocouple. Another extra, the PAN 600, can be used as a high performance gas treatment system, in combination with any range in the PAN series. Oldham has designed a full range of gas analysers, each with their own advantages:
PAN 1500 analyser
This model is light, easy to handle and serves as an ideal measuring tool for heating specialists. Some of its features are:
* Six pre-programmed fuels and one programmable fuel.
* Simultaneous display of eight measured values.
* A storage capacity of up to 250 values.
* Designed for the measurement of O2, CO, CO2c and NO*.
PAN 1400 analyser
This portable gas analyser is suitable to inspect boiler, burner and engine combustion. It has an integrated printer and provides rapid measurements of all important parameters. Its special features include:
* Measurement of O2,CO, CO2c and NO* as well as soot spot determination.
* Seven pre-programmed and five programmable fuels.
* Simultaneous viewing of eight parameters on an illuminated display.
* A storage capacity of 220 measurements.
PAN 2000 analyser
This analyser measures O2, CO, NO, SO2, NO2, CxHy, as well as air and gas temperature. Some of its features are:
* 23 pre-programmed and four programmable fuels.
* Simultaneous viewing of six parameters on an illuminated display.
* An integrated memory that includes the breakdown of values, all transferable to a PC or external printer.
* Rechargeable battery.
PAN 3000 analyser
* Measurement of up to six gases simultaneously: accurately measures O2, CO, NO, SO2, NO2, H2S, CxHy, air temperature, gas temperature, draught, soot, CO2 and excess air.
* 18 pre-programmed fuels and four programmable fuels.
* Simultaneous viewing of all measuring parameters on an illuminated display.
* Integrated printer with possible graphic representation.
