AOIP has designed and developed three new models, the TM6602 thermometer for thermocouples, the TM6612 thermometer for RTD and the TM6630 thermometer for both thermocouples and RTD. They have been designed with protection for on-site use, and they are metrological and control tools.
These thermometers are well adapted for different process job procedures, thanks to their ranges and specific functions for data recording. They have high accuracies of 0,02% reading, and very low temperature coefficient of 10 ppm/°C in thermocouples and 7 ppm/°C in resistance, the accuracies are not modified even in bad or poor outside environmental conditions. These thermometers can do measurements of 14 thermocouples and 12 RTD types.
The 3 models are designed to display in °C, °F, mV and ohms. They have data recording and on-screen exploration. User-friendly and robust, these instruments have been designed to simplify temperature transmitter and probe maintenance and commissioning.
The AOIP thermometers have several measurement functions such as calibrated sensors, scaling and data recording. They come with useful functions such as interface language, display contrast, display resolution, date and time display, statistics, hold, filter and embedded software update.

Temperature Measurement
For successful paint cure, irrespective of the paint chemistry being used, there is a critical need to measure and control the temperature of the car body as it travels through the oven. Today, paint ovens are controlled in a sophisticated fashion via thermocouples located in each zone to give constant feedback on the ambient temperature.
