High force air gun has extended reach

Exair's new Super Blast Air Guns deliver up to 43,6 N (4,45 kg(f)) of blowing force - the largest size said to offer the equivalent of 12 ordinary air guns. The three sizes are suitable for long distances, wide area blow-off, drying and cooling applications.

The Super Blast Air Gun uses a series of Exair's 'Super Air Nozzles' for a combined blowing power. Each nozzle has been engineered to maximise entrained airflow and force while reducing compressed air use and noise. Super Blast Air Guns are available with four, seven or 12 of these 'Super Air Nozzles'. At full pressure of 550 kPa, they have an air consumption of 56,98 and 168 SCFM 1,613 and 4,760 kilolitres per minute while providing a significant blow-off force of 1,45; 2,59 and 4,45 kg(f).

The Super air Nozzles have a zinc/aluminium alloy construction and are attached to aluminium bodies suited to rugged industrial applications. A comfortable soft grip handle and manual valve make the Super Blast Air Guns easy to use. The airflow that exists in the gun cannot be blocked and meets OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910.95(a) and 1910.242(b). Applications include machinery cleaning, parts cleaning, part drying, part ejection, chip removal, liquid blowoff and cooling hot parts.
