Optex has designed and developed the Built-in2 Thermo-Hunter to measure the temperature of objects quickly and accurately from a safe distance, spot measuring within a temperature range of 0 to 500°C (±1%).
Believed to be the first non-contact thermometer of its class to incorporate a digital display, it comes as a compact unit with user-friendly features to make it easy to perform precise measurements. The E-Teach function allows adjustment of the emissivity ratio, which is indispensable to high-precision measuring and it allows quick adaptation to any changes in the procedure or in the production line. The coaxial laser marker allows the user to check the field of view and quickly focus on the object with precision.
There is a choice between two types of analog outputs: A TV type (1 mV/°C), which can be connected to devices such as panel meters and there is a TA-type (4 to 20 mA), which is good for long distance transmissions.
