The Combustion Group's range of burners, controls and instruments have been greatly extended by the announcement that Elster-Amco will be solely represented by The Combustion Group in southern Africa, the company provides modular systems, designs and industrial solutions to meet a broad range of combustion control requirements. Automated systems have features such as integral gas flow rate adjustment and differential pressure measurement.
The company also provides burner control units for use in industrial thermo processing equipment and industrial heating systems. The IFS series is suitable for wall and cabinet installation. The PF system in 19-inch technology includes, in addition to the burner control units, a large number of complementary components for automating the burner system. The burner control units, in localised field housing, with an integrated ignition transformer are designed to be mounted directly on the burner. The integrated operating and diagnostics unit guarantees that start-up and servicing are easy. Automatic restart functions ensure the availability of the system. With the aid of PC operating and parameterisation software, the unit settings can be optimally adjusted to meet the relevant requirements.
TCG is also presenting a new, high-performance gas valve and regulator series. These gas valves are multifunctional and are used for safety, control and regulation purposes in air and gas supply systems to gas appliances.
